Trainer will schedule a Zoom call with Client to discuss the training program and find out where Client is stuck. Trainer will offer personalized advice for training specific Pet, and Client must put in full effort to make changes to see results. Trainer and Client will schedule another Zoom call 1 to 2 weeks later to determine if results are satisfactory, and if Trainer determines that Client has put in reasonable effort and is still not seeing results with Pet, Pet Lover's Passion will refund the money.

Client understands that the purchase of this online course grants them lifetime access contingent upon Pet Lover's Passion and Kajabi (the platform on which this course is built) remaining in business. Client understands that if either of these businesses cease to operate, Client may lose access to this online program.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Lover's Passion, Trainer (Heather Smith), and Affiliates from any undesirable pet behaviors, events, injuries or property damage resulting from the use of this instructional program.
